Where Toast Means Business.

The Toast Office is a breakfast destination with a different approach to the morning routine. Built around the idea that good food deserves a little more attention and everything else can wait, the brand brings together quality, comfort and a healthy dose of humour. An office where the only thing on your agenda is eating well, and mornings are always done properly.

The ambition was to create more than another café. The Toast Office needed a distinctive personality, a clear position in the market and an experience people would want to be part of. Something playful, whimsical and a little unexpected, without compromising on quality or design. A brand that could make something as ordinary as breakfast feel like an occasion, building recognition and connection well beyond the first visit.

At Good Manners, we started by building the concept from the ground up. Through strategy, we identified the audience, established the positioning and developed the creative idea that would inform everything to follow. From there, we created the name, a witty verbal identity inspired by corporate culture, and a playful visual world of bold typography, nostalgic colour and charming illustrations. We carried that thinking through photography, packaging, uniforms, menus, signage and digital, ensuring every interaction felt like part of the same experience.

The result is a brand with a personality all of its own. Distinctive, memorable and designed to make people smile before they've even ordered. Every element works together to turn a simple breakfast spot into a complete brand experience, one that feels just as considered on a takeaway box as it does across the storefront or website. With a clear strategy, recognisable identity and endless opportunities for creative expression, The Toast Office has everything it needs to build familiarity, encourage loyalty and become part of people's morning rituals.
