Seva is a modern, ritual-led beauty brand rooted in Ayurvedic-inspired care, ancestral Indian wisdom and the belief that beauty should restore from scalp to soul.
Our role was to translate this rich brand foundation into a considered Shopify experience that balanced heritage, storytelling and modern ecommerce functionality. The challenge was creating a website that felt as beautiful and meaningful as the brand itself, while providing the clarity, education and structure needed to guide customers towards purchase.
We approached the design with a focus on the complete customer journey, bringing together immersive brand storytelling, product education, ingredient transparency and ritual-led shopping experiences. Every element, from typography and imagery to navigation and content hierarchy, was designed to feel intentional, intuitive and distinctly Seva.
The result is an elevated digital experience that moves beyond the traditional online store. A website that builds emotional connection, establishes trust and guides customers from discovery through to purchase, giving Seva a strong digital foundation for continued growth.
