About Us
Good Manners is a brand strategy and ecommerce practice based in Melbourne, working with founders who care how things are done - and done well.
We believe the strongest brands are not assembled in parts. They are built with a clear sense of self, a distinct place in the market, and standards that carry through everything they do.
Our role is to help shape that whole picture, bringing strategy, creative thinking and execution into one considered system, so the brand feels coherent wherever it appears and consistent as it grows.
From identity and ecommerce to campaigns, packaging and ongoing guardianship, every expression should feel like it belongs to the same brand, with the same point of view and the same level of care. Because branding isn’t the product you buy. It’s the standard you set once you have it - the behaviours, decisions and level your brand should hold itself to from that point forward. And the brands that endure are the ones that know how to keep it.
Team
Led by Stephanie Manuel, Creative Director and founder, who remains closely involved in every project from first conversation through to final delivery. The studio is intentionally small — not as a limitation, but as a standard. A focused, considered team allows for sharper thinking, clearer communication, and a level of care that doesn’t get diluted.
Rather than scaling for volume, we work with a trusted network of long-term collaborators, brought in with purpose to support each project where needed. This structure ensures every piece of work is guided, refined, and held to a consistent standard — creatively and strategically.
